Regulations
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
The renter is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits if alcohol is going to be consumed in the hall.
A cash bar service is available, and must be requested 30 days in advance. The hall will obtain the liquor permit, but the renter must assume the cost. When a cash bar is provided, only alcohol sold at the bar may be consumed on the premises.
No equipment, furnishings, or supplies may be removed from the hall at any time.
No smoking is permitted in the hall.
All garbage must be removed from the premises after the rental.
No nails, staples, tacks or tape are to be used to affix decorations. Only non-permanent adhesives are permitted.
The renter is responsible for all damage to or theft from the property, building and its contents, whether caused by the renter, a service provider or other guests.
